Mercy Housing and the South of Market Health Center, a non-profit community clinic, joined forces to create the mixed-use complex Westbrook Plaza. A 20,000 sq. ft. health center occupies the first two floors of the site's 7th Street frontage. Forty-nine apartments for families sit over the clinic and in a separate building fronting Moss Street, one of SOMA's quiet residential alleys.
